CannaKids does not sell, buy, possess, or distribute drugs of any kind. CannaKids sells consulting services and agricultural products regarding the legal medicinal use of medical marijuana according to state legislation. CannaKids works with dosing experts with various specialties and connects you to them via our scheduling system.
Although many states have legalized cannabis for medical or recreational use, all possession, sale, and transportation of cannabis is still illegal under federal law. However, the Cole Memoranda from August 2013 (http://www.justice.gov/iso/opa/resources/3052013829132756857467.pdf) and February 2014 (http://www.justice.gov/usao/waw/press/newsblog%20pdfs/DAG%20Memo%20-%20Guidance%20Regarding%20Marijuana%20Related%20Financial%20Crimes%202%2014%2014%20(2).pdf) makes clear that the Federal government is prioritizing investigation and prosecution of marijuana use and possession that is illegal under both state and federal law. While CannaKids believes the risk of federal prosecution for those closely following state law is low, we have no control over federal enforcement and Department of Justice guidelines can change without warning. CannaKids makes no warranty regarding the unique legal risks associated with cannabis cultivation or dispensing even when done in accordance with state law.
Each state has unique laws regarding the use and cultivation of marijuana. Some states allow only medicinal uses, others permit recreational as well, and many ban marijuana outright. CannaKids only provides services to clients operating in full compliance with existing state marijuana law in California. Our services are designed to educate and assist licensed medical marijuana patients.
